Cabinet Members Providing Services to Each Other

Local Cabinet meetings provide value in a many ways.  One of the best ways is to help each other by providing services to each other.  In the North Pittsburgh Cabinet, half the members have actually hired fellow members to help them with everything from press releases, to recruiting, to ad development, to web site design and implementation.

One of the pleasant surprises is the follow up and added value that is delivered as a result of attending the Cabinet meetings.  For a number of the members, their solution provider is sitting across the table asking them if they remembered to do the follow up that can easily fall through the cracks.

The same is true for the hiring member.  You can be sure they get the best service and they become raging fans that soon become evangelist.  They are able to make powerful statements to their clients when referring these fellow Cabinet members such as "I used him for my web site and he did a great job."

What's the difference between a referral and customer testimonial?  Who cares.... the customer is sold and both Local Cabinet Members win!
