In 1992, Bill Bean founded and leads Strategia, a consulting firm specializing in Strategic Planning and Implementation. Bill began his career at Harvard University, followed by IBM, where he after 8 years became world-wide chief financial executive of its $2B corporate education division. Thereafter, Bill became President of Brian Tracy's consulting company, which grew over Bill's tenure to 97 locations. In 2001, Bill became Chairman of Automated Energy in the energy management sector.

Curtis Greve is the founder of Metreks, a consultant firm specializing in Supply Chain Management and Labor Relations. Prior to starting Metreks, Curtis was the President and EVP of GENCO, a globally recognized third party logistics company, for 15 years. Curtis joined GENCO after working for Walmart for 12 years in a number of roles including VP of Reverse Logistics, Controller for Walmart’s Food Division, and Corporate Audit Manager.

Brian Wink has been in the technology & business consulting fields for the past 15 years. Brian was the Founder and CEO of WinkComm, which he grew to 125 employees and sold. Prior to starting WinkComm, Brian worked at Apple Computer, prior to which he was COO of MacroMedia. Brian has over 25 years of business technology experience in all aspects of starting, growing, fixing and financing companies. Brian specializes in developing high performing teams designed to bring technical products and services to the market.
