Member Criteria

Membership Criteria:
  • Clear Track Record of success as an executive, consultant, or coach
  • At least 5 years of consulting or senior executive leadership with an extensive network of business relationships and significant experience
  • Formal educational training or certifications required in the candidates chosen field
  • A strong network of existing business relationships
  • Unquestioned honesty, integrity, character, and judgement
  • Willing and able to effectively address and resolve conflict
  • Well connected, highly regarded in the marketplace
  • Considered a subject matter expert, in their chosen field
  • Willing to provide leads to fellow Cabinet Members and help them close the sale
  • Is an independent consultant or in a position in an organization where they do not have to ask for permission
  • Willing to abide by The Cabinet Code of Ethics, listed to the right, at all times

We Cabinet Members commit ourselves to:

Maintaining the highest ethical standards with our clients, our fellow members and The Cabinet. Our standards are honesty, openness, fairness, truthful representation of our capabilities, confidentiality, and commitment to the success of other Cabinet Members and their Clients.

These standards are based on our commitment to bring the very best of professional consulting and coaching practices to our clients to benefit their businesses and agencies, and in order to accomplish this we are accountable to update one another on latest developments and future trends in the fields of consulting and coaching.

We will accurately represent our capabilities, avoid misrepresenting ourselves in any way, and engage in clear contracting processes and practices to avoid misunderstandings and conflicts, and deliver agreed upon objectives on time and to specifications.

We will keep all client, company or agency information confidential within the Cabinet, and will not disclose even the company or agency name (outside of the Cabinet) of clients we may work with without their permission.

We will avoid engaging in any conduct that would not be considered professional, respectful, and kind. We will avoid using our relationships with Cabinet members or clients to our own advantage, and serve their needs as a priority.
