The Cabinet was created to provide a support network for independent consultants.
This support is best manifested in our Local Cabinets. Local Cabinets are six to
twelve complementary subject matter experts that meet monthly in a confidential
setting to discuss their issues. While registering and using the many of the online
tools is free, there is a cost to being a member of a Local Cabinet.
Local Cabinet members pay $200 per month in dues, plus they agree to pay 15% finder’s fees for business resulting from referrals from fellow Cabinet members. The dues for being member of a Local Cabinet guarantee that only people who are committed to providing long term services and solutions have a seat at the table. Membership dues also make sure that each member has skin in the game, ensuring their commitment to the other members and that they will work to get a return on their investment.
Local Cabinet Members can expect a 10:1 ROI on their investment in The Cabinet, each year. The ROI on Cabinet dues comes from two sources. First, revenues earned resulting from referrals by fellow members to their clients. The second revenue stream comes from passive income in the form of referral fees received from members you help get hired by your customers. The following illustrates typical results and is based on a 10 member cabinet, a sales close rate of 33%, and 15% referral fee.
